Psychological support and accompaniment
Because being strong is also knowing how to ask for help, psychologist Isabelle ZAKIA can receive you free of charge in her office in Residence I, C1 wing (first floor). You just have to make an appointment by e-mail at isabelle.zakia@cesal.fr to consult her, on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
PC Security
The security of the Residence is ensured by a Fire and Personal Assistance Security Service (SSIAP), available 24/7, whose telephone number is 06 69 94 10 88. The security centre is located under the arch of the 4C residence, near the Agora, and can be accessed via rue Sébastienne Guyot.
Maintenance department
Our technicians are constantly working to maintain a pleasant living environment within the Césal residence. Whether it's maintaining the common areas, the green spaces, or ensuring the proper collection of waste, we act with versatility on a multitude of aspects. If necessary, you can request the intervention of a technician to repair a malfunction in your home. To do so, contact the technical service via your resident's area, in the "technical interventions" section, indicating the nature of the problem and your room number.
Household
The common areas (entrance halls, stairwells, Agora, communal kitchens) are cleaned regularly to ensure that our residents live in the best possible conditions.
Access to the laundry
Each residence (I, II, III and IV) has a 24-hour laundry service, which is freely available to our residents.
Agora, co-working space
Césal offers Co-Working, meeting, exhibition and performance spaces so that residents can work and share on their many projects throughout the year. Co-Working is a new vision of work that combines autonomy and collaboration.
Distribution of parcels/mail
En résidant à Césal, vous avez la possibilité de faire livrer vos colis à l’Accueil. Après leur enregistrement par nos agents, vous recevrez un mail vous invitant à venir les récupérer du lundi au jeudi 9h00 - 13h30 / 15h00 - 18h00 et le vendredi : 9h00 - 13h30 / 15h00 - 17h00. La livraison de colis en dehors de ces horaires (livraison en soirée ou le week-end proposée par certains marchands) est impossible à la Résidence. En ce qui concerne la distribution des courriers, chaque résident dispose d’une boîte aux lettres personnelles, fermées soit par son cadenas personnel, soit par une clé fournie par Césal (en fonction de la résidence). Même pour un appartement en colocation, chaque colocataire a sa propre boîte aux lettres. Pour chaque courrier recommandé, un avis de passage sera glissé dans la boîte aux lettres personnelle du résident. Quelle adresse indiquer ? Le : "1 rue Joliot-Curie 91190 Gif-sur-Yvette France". Veillez à indiquer votre nom, prénom et numéro de chambre complet.
